Three Albion VCTs will be open on 6 January 2025 for new investment with capacity of £50m and an additional £30m over-allotment facility.
Investors can acquire new shares through the Albion VCTs’ Prospectus Top-Up Offers 2024/2025.
This is a prospectus advertisement. Your capital may be at risk. You should read the comprehensive list of RISK FACTORS and other information in the PROSPECTUS below.
How it works
There is a minimum investment of £6,000 in aggregate per investor, with a minimum investment of £2,000 per VCT.
Investors may claim tax incentives on up to £200,000 invested in new VCT shares per tax year, subject to individual circumstances. Shares must be held for 5 years.
Should a VCT reach full capacity, the default option is that investment will be spread equally across the remaining open VCTs.

Investors who subscribe for the first £10m in cleared funds will benefit from the “Early Bird” discounts.
Cleared funds must be received within 2 business days of the application.
